POINTLESS IS THE NEW MEANINGFUL

paranoid.jpg

Tip for women in TV dramas who are engaged in a conversation with men who address them as "pretty lady": run like hell! This is villain talk! Nobody in the real world addresses women as "pretty lady"--only on TV, and only bad guys. So run! Run like the wind!

This has been another public service announcement from Crackskullbob.

Thanks for the PSA but your warning is wasted on those idiot TV drama women. They're the same ones who walk into a dark house or apartment, never seem to close the front door, and go the fridge or answering machine or whatever and never turn a light on, so they never see the other bad guy who's lurking.

I don't know about that. Didn't that guy at the Raddison in 'Fargo' call Frances a pretty lady? or was that a 'special lady'? He seemed OK to me.

Pointless is the new meaningful. I would put a bumper sticker on my car that said that. :-)

Happy new year Wally.
